How does it work?
When you purchase fuel at Mobil you earn Smiles Driver Rewards points. When you've accumulated enough points, they can be redeemed instantly for fuel or in-store items – excluding cigarettes and alcoholic beverages.
How do I earn Smiles Driver Rewards points?
You can earn four Smiles Driver Rewards points for every gallon of Synergy™ Extra or Diesel fuel purchased. From now until December 31, 2022, you can earn eight Smiles Driver Rewards points for every gallon of Synergy Supreme+ fuel purchased.
How do I redeem Smiles Driver Rewards points?
Simply present your Smiles Driver Rewards card and inform the cashier that you would like to redeem your points for fuel or mart items. The required Smiles Driver Rewards points will be deducted from your account and the new balance displayed on your receipt.
How long will it take me to earn my first Mobil Smiles reward?
Swipe your Smiles Driver Rewards card when you purchase fuel at Mobil and earn points instantly on every gallon purchased, no minimum spend required. The length of time it takes to earn rewards will vary depending on your fuel purchases.
Can I use my Smiles Driver Rewards card with my Mobil Fleetcard?
Smiles Driver Rewards points cannot be awarded when a purchase is made with a Mobil Fleetcard.
How can I view my Smiles Driver Rewards points balance?
If your card is registered, you can logon to www.guam.mobilsmiles.com
and view your point status at any time. Your points balance is also printed on your fuel receipt.
When will my Smiles Driver Rewards points expire?
Smiles Driver Rewards points in your Smiles Driver Rewards account will expire unless you make at least one qualifying purchase and earn Smiles Driver Rewards points within 12 months from the date the last Smiles Driver Rewards points were awarded and credited into your Smiles Driver Rewards account.
What should I do if I forget to swipe my Mobil Smiles card when I purchase fuel?
Please keep your receipt, and call the Mobil Smiles customer service hotline at 1-866-486-6696 to inform us of your qualifying purchase. We will then send you an email with a point adjustment form, which you must complete and return to us.
